1. Tarot Readings
- Due to the personal and unique nature of tarot readings, all sales are final. Once a reading is completed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
- If you have any questions or concerns before your reading, please feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
2. Products
- All products are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days via email, and we will resolve the issue and provide the correct file.
3. Cancellations for Tarot Readings
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will not be refunded.
- If a reading needs to be rescheduled by us, you will be given the option to select a new appointment time or receive a full refund.
4. Gift Cards
- Mystic Shay gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can be used for tarot readings or products available on our website.
5. Customer Service
