2. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your readings and any related services.
  • Tarot readings are a personal experience, and your interpretation of the messages is your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the reading.

3. Payment

  • All payments for services and products must be completed at the time of booking or purchase. We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
  • Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated prior to your booking or purchase.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • For Tarot Readings: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will not be refunded.
  • If we need to reschedule your reading, we will provide you with a new appointment time or offer a full refund.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Tarot Readings: Due to the personal and unique nature of tarot readings, all sales are final. Once a reading is completed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your reading, please contact us within 48 hours of the session, and we will review your case.
  • Products: All products are non-refundable once purchased. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect file or download error), please contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue promptly by providing the correct file.

6. Gift Cards

  • Mystic Shay Tarot gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can be used for tarot readings or products available on our website.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • At Mystic Shay Tarot, we respect your privacy. Any personal information provided for bookings or readings will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete your order or as required by law.
  • All readings are confidential, and we encourage clients to be open and honest during their sessions for the most accurate insights.
